When I first built ChooseTiny, my goal was to make it easier for people to find tiny house communities and parking spots. Over the years, I’ve added powerful filters so you could sort by location, price, type of community, and more.
Now, I’m taking it a step further. Instead of manually using the filters, you can simply ask the new website assistant in plain language and it will do the filtering for you.
For example, you can type:
- “Show me tiny house villages in North Carolina with rentals under $500/month.”
- “I’m looking for a pet-friendly community near Denver.”
- “Are there seasonal parking options in Oregon?”
The assistant understands what you’re asking and applies the right filters behind the scenes — so you can search the way you naturally think and talk.
I built this because I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re searching for a place to live. My hope is that this makes the process simpler, faster, and maybe even a little more enjoyable.
This is just the beginning — the assistant will keep learning as more people use it, and I’d love your feedback as you try it out.
Please note: Geographic proximity is currently in alpha stage. I encourage using the filters to doublecheck any questions like, “What are the communities closest to Denver, CO?”
