We have horses, goats, chickens, a community garden, barn, stable and other outbuildings. We have been approved to have a farmstand and we are converting a tiny house on foundation to be a space for practitioners to heal through bodywork (such as massage). We have plans to use the large barn for events and workshops.

We are trying to create a community feeling, not a neighborhood, so we are interested in applicants that want to share a portion of their lives with the families living here.

Some examples of activities we like to do together are: potluck meals, game nights, singing and making music, growing food/permaculture, cooking, construction projects, etc.

We'd like to share in the workload and share in the spoils. We're seeking people with skills, especially anything relating to: permaculture, construction, music, bodywork, teaching.
