SOL OHANA Community

Hello! My name is Vina Lustado, a tiny house dweller and designer from Ojai, CA. I have lived in my tiny house for more than 6 years now!

I bought this property in Oakhurst to start a tiny home community using permaculture principles, to live in harmony with nature with like-minded souls. I would like to have 3-5 households (maximum) living on the property because I want to remain intentionally small and intimate. Also, there are strict zoning regulations that only allow 2 full-time dwelling units. The other units will be considered "guest houses" with part-time residents or for short-term rentals.

I have developed a tiny house prototype that are built in a factory (in Ventura, CA) and can be placed on permanent foundations on my property. These modular units are fully legal in the state of California and can be built within three months, completed and ready to be delivered with cabinetry, appliances and interior finishes!
