Little River Escape is a gated community of tiny houses nestled in the woods atop Lookout Mountain in Cloudland, GA. Over 50 beautiful acres along the East Fork of the Little River, offers a rustic, active destination at an affordable price.
We have lots for lease, which includes a community pool house, pool, swim dock, fire pit area, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, tubing down the river, hiking, fishing, dog park, RV/boat storage, and a community garden and club.
