We believe we can all do a better job of being good stewards of the environment. That is why we have chosen to create a carbon-neutral community. To support this, we have invested an enormous amount of time and energy searching for the technologies that support you in protecting our fragile planet.

We believe in self-sufficiency. That is why each of our lots have room to grow your own produce if you choose.

We believe in community, that all of us need each of us and each of us needs all of us. To that end, we seek to invite only those people into our community who believe what we believe.
