We’re a country, intentional, cooperative living household looking for another community member with whom to share our home. We are an active community, socially engaged in the arts, social justice and the outdoors, with one baby, and a dog. We enjoy living with each other because together we have a higher quality of life, based on supporting the health and well-being of ourselves as individuals and each other as a whole. We’re a community of life-long learners, and work through conflict without drama.nWe have a small home north of Wiarton with ample parking, laundry room, storage space, yard, sun room and deck (great for entertaining). We are open to living with any gender identification. What matters is that we share common values. Smoking is not permitted outside.nThe price is $550/month and includes the following:n– your own private room and individual storage space,n– functionally clean and organized shared common spaces,n– sharing home-prepared, whole food, and nourishing dinners ( + $150/mo. pd with rent)n– kind, respectful communication and agreement-making processes,n– a multi-generational communityn– Non-municipal, natural drinking watern– UtilitiesnThe additional $150/month includes:n– 5 wholesome, home-cooked dinners/week (you cook 1)
