Lots are provided with carport and 10'x 12' storage room. Parking and home pads are gravel. Lots are located on a private road that has access to US Hwy 183/SH130 eight miles north of Lockhart Texas. Austin, Buda, Bastrop, Kyle, Lockart and San Marcos are all within a 30 minute drive. Lots are interspersed among 12 other rental houses. We own all the properties on this road. Small garden and a chicken coop are allowed.
Lets be clear about a few things:
- No large truck parking on site.
- No dogs
- No hoarders
- No non working vehicles
- Two vehicles allowed
- No loud music.
