Dogwood Hills Tiny Home Community

Opening this Spring/Summer 2022 will be our ages 55+ tiny home community located on Woodland Hills Golf Course in Nacogdoches, Tx. Located in the heart of East Texas, Nacogdoches is home to Stephen F Austin State University.

Inspired by the many beautiful dogwood trees on the 80 acre property, the new tiny home community will be known as Dogwood Hills. There are currently 30 sites under development. Dogwood Hills is surrounded by large natural growth forest and is home to an abundance of wildlife. There are many walking trails throughout the forest and an 18 hole golf course next door.

There's plenty of room on the property to start a community garden. There's also a large lake below the development that will be stocked with fish and have a fishing pier.

At night you can clearly see the stars and on nights where the moon is full, you can watch the deer grazing on the fairways of the golf course.

We look forward to our opening date this Spring/Summer of 2022 and would love to have you call Dogwood Hills home!
