The Bird's Nest Tiny Living Community

Our community is about 2.5 acres fenced with remote access. Each tiny house has a concrete pad. The rent is $450 a month which includes water, trash and sewage. There is lots of space between each house and the owner lives in her tiny house on the property as well. One of the best aspects of tiny house living is the sense of community. We often gather in common areas outside and casually chat. It is relaxing and friendly. We enjoy a beautiful country setting while being located about an hour outside of Dallas which is very easy to get to. Being part of a Tiny Living Community is exciting.
