Windswept Oaks RV Resort (and Tiny Home)

2-acre park nestled under 50 plus coastal oak trees. The park was designed to use trees instead of removing and adding tons of concrete. The goal is for it to have a backyard feel with warmth and comfort. The sites are 14 sites are 35 x 60, with room to build or reconstruct another 16. There isn't a tiny community near this area. There are countless RV parks with their main residents being long-term rentals. I am very interested in the tiny home community idea.
