Bowman Hilton is creative community with 12 NEW tiny house spaces, 77 space all‐age mobile home park with 45 MH pads, 31 RV pads and one single family residence on 30 acres on unincorporated land near Puyallup in Pierce County, WA.

There is a nice, large clubhouse with an office, kitchen, laundry room, billiard room, showers and ample gathering space alongside the Puyallup River. We have a pool to relax in. Management is on-site. We offer full hook-ups and RV storage is available.

The RV park and tiny house communities are separated and made to be their own communities within the park.
