We have over 20 lots available for rent with metered electricity, city water, sewage, and high-speed Internet. Laundry facilities available as well as shower houses.
The farm has 10 acres of pastures for beef cattle, sheep, and goats, a planned 1+ acre orchard and gardens, as well as a pond and forest land. You're free to roam and use the entire property; we just ask that you don't eat everything!
The individual lots will have raised beds for your own gardening and three fruit trees for your enjoyment.
Rent/buy one of ours, or bring your own! Vans/RV's considered for short duration.
This really isn't an intentional community, just people that want to live a simpler life and be self-sustaining with access to town.
